Use the chart below to calculate a standard size. The numbers are the middle of the size group. When measurements may fall in between the listed measurements a value judgement needs to be made.

Consider garment type. Stretch fabrics are quite forgiving but cant make up for poor fittings. If in doubt send the measurements and we can size them for you.

Taking Measurements.

Always use Centimetres.
Keep 2 fingers inside the tape to allow a little bit room.
Do not pull the tape tight - just snug - not drooping.
