Kinetic Creations generally has over 100,000 garments available for immediate shipping, which is more extensive than any other Australian supplier.
Generally, items can be processed within 1 or 2 business days. During busier periods, processing might take a bit longer, but we usually accommodate urgent orders.
For items in our Australian-made catalog and certain imported items, it’s usually possible to have them custom-made through our Made To Order (MTO) service if they are out of stock. Minimum order quantities will apply, and the lead time is generally 8 to 12 weeks, especially during busy periods.
We do offer logo printing service. There is a minimum cost of $1,100 for logos, which typically covers several years’ worth of logos. Additionally, there’s an extra charge of $2 per garment for application. It works out to be about $3-5 per garment ultimately.
Starting towards the end of 2023, we will no longer offer printing as a service to new customers. Instead, we will provide an extensive list of “Partner Printers” to whom we can directly send your orders. We can also supply logo sheets directly and refer you to a heat press vendor. Several studios have already adopted this setup, which effectively allows for on-demand printing.

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
Yes we do! Our items are dispatched from an Australian warehouse. For most addresses within Australia, delivery costs are under $30 per box and typically take less than 3 business days. Deliveries to Perth and remote locations may require a bit more time.
Generally, we do not offer customization options. However, if your concept aligns with our business, we might consider developing it for inclusion in our future ranges.
