Terms and Conditions

This covers about 98% of addresses in Australia,  for our customers who are in remote regions,  we will cover the first $50 of every box.

If the cost of postage is over $50 per box – the customer will need to cover the difference – this will apply to remote customers.

This will be for our standard dispatch time which is usually 5 business days for in-stock goods, items required urgently will be charged at the normal rate.

Made to order products ordered within this timeframe will also be eligible for free or subsidised freight should the final invoice be $800 or over.

Usual lead-times on made to order and imported products apply.
We will try to minimise your costs where possible, if an order is packed and ready to be shipped we generally cannot change it.

Orders must be secured with full payment or deposit within 5 business days of receiving the Sales Order or Invoice.

Once you place your order, we will send you a sales order for approval, your order will not be picked for 24 hours, this gives you the opportunity to make any amendments to the order.

Your order will not be eligible for free postage if:

The price of items on the order are reduced via clearance or sale.

Order is not secured with deposit or full payment within 5 business days.

Amendments are made to the order after the Sales Order has been approved.

The order requires a dispatch date sooner than our standard 5 business days.

Priority Shipping

In general, for the majority of the year, orders are typically prepared for shipment within three business days. During peak periods, this timeframe extends to approximately seven or eight business days. If you decide not to opt for priority picking, your order should still arrive in a reasonably prompt manner.

Should you need a guaranteed dispatch within five business days, an additional $20 charge will be applied to your order, as it will require individual picking.

Please note that orders requesting priority picking will not qualify for free delivery promotions.
